I've purchased many keys on here for steam and xbox. Great value and quick delivery voa their AutoKey system. It all works very well. All keys I have purchased from here have worked, except one. As a returning customer for over 11 years, I'd expect to hear back from the support team quicker than 3 days. I've had no response at all, and it's left a very bad impression. I'm very close to never purchasing from here again because they have taken payment and left me with no game to play and no communication. This needs improvement. I can only give 3 stars due to this experience. I wish it could have been better.
