At first the code I received didn't work. I received a message from Microsoft that too many people were using the code. Then they sent me a new code that I wasn't interested in. Because I purchased Office from another place. I asked that they give me other, cheaper software instead. Since then they haven't answered me. In the end, I actually didn't receive anything.
