Purchased an office key and downloaded the supplied link for install file but provided key does not work, now after 3 weeks and 3 attempts to contact them via website to resolve i am leaving this review, and contacting bank to raise dispute over payment.
i have had successful products from them before but total lack of customer service is not acceptable
