Terrible experience. Bought a steam key which ended up a NVIDIA gift. This did not work on steam or the nvdia site. Asked for a refund was told 12 hours max 2 days. I bought this 10 days ago.
I have asked for a refund or replacement but fear my £50 has gone down the drain.
They start well but have yet to deliver and customer service just fizzles out. Oh don’t forget if you chase your issue up you will get told off because they work on the oldest complaint first.
If my issue gets sorted I will update.
