The ISO installer did not work. Support was / is absolutely useless. It’s clear that it is AI and no humans read a ticket. It’s insulting when you ask a question and the support ‘person’ is presented as a human, but it’s clearly a bot based on the fact that they do not address the questions you ask, and they just repeat the same information … that doesn’t work. I ultimately was able to download the software and activate it with the key I bought, with the help from an IT professional. This person confirmed the ISO file provided did not work in any way. There was no help or direction or interest in resolving the issue from CJS CD Keys. Buyer beware, you will not get assistance from support, if there is something wrong.
