Worse digital buying experience in quite sometime. I purchased Office 2024 ProPlus LTSC and the main download link didn't work and had to use a secondary download provided. Something that never happens if you are buying from a truly authorized vendor. Once I did succeed in downloading the software, it wouldn't install so I had to contact customer support who provided another source for downloading the software. Once I installed it the software keys that come with my purchase would not activate the software and never did. I contacted customer support multiple times and never received any tangible support that addressed my issue. They seemed more interested in giving me the run around rather than resolving my issue which should have been easy to do. My suggestion? Run don't walk away from this company...
