I have tried to submit the key you sent.....but Ksapersky says " activation code is invalid in this region".......I raised a complaint ticket with you but have heard nothing from you in the last 36 hours......so much for the "we will get back to you within 2 hours " so i would like a replacement code that works or refund before i apply to Pay Pal for a refund .
