Sold me a 6-month Xbox Game Pass Key that would not work no matter what I did and refused to refund me. I opened up several tickets and was given no real help, al I got was scripted replies. Turned out after I contacted Microsoft support that the key was for NEW ACCOUNTS ONLY to which their website stated NOTHING about it being for new accounts only.
