The instant delivery claim is ridiculous, I've made the mistake of using them too many times with the hope I may get the key the same day. There is a chance, but most orders will sit on pending. I've waited on pending for it to finally change to Backordered. I'm finally sticking to my choice of completely avoiding CJS.
