product was listed as a steam key, but i was not a key, it was a Steam Gift which I never received because the game is not available in my region and I can't be gifted it. Customer service just sends the same email each time asking for screenshots of an error, which I cant give them because I never got an error, i never got anything. They got my money, I got nothing.
