Purchased a key, CJS system blocked my transaction due to the security system. Told via email someone will be in touch. Nothing for 24 hours. I email again, response an hour or 2 later telling me my payment was cancelled and if I still want it to order again. I email back to ask if CJS are going to do anything about my funds which are now on hold due to their system and that the transaction is still pending. Email received an hour or 2 later saying it’s cancelled. No service given whatsoever, I did get an apology for inconvenience, but that was it. On the website, just get pestered about every customer only leaves reviews when something goes wrong. Maybe you should look in to your system issues which are causing customers to feel aggrieved, rather than blaming customers for not reviewing when it is a smooth transaction. Good response rate, poor communication and service. I gave a 2 for customer service simply because you responded, responses mean nothing if the concern and service isn’t provided, which it wasn’t. Should probably be a 1. Also, you have a loop on your website when payment has been refused by your system. Which is incredibly frustrating.
