I purchased a switch game 2 days ago, activated it but still have not got the instructions to download the game. Emailed the support but got told to contact live chat. Contacted live chat and after waiting ages got told it is being processed. 8 hours later - still nothing so contacted live chat again - marked now as urgent and still don’t know when it will be available. Hmmm…. Here’s hoping!
