I purchased a 12-month Adobe key, and upon arrival, the key was completely invalid. It doesn't even say "used"; it's simply invalid, as if the seller entered a random string of digits. I received no response from the company's support team, even hours after the incident. STAY AWAY, SAVE YOUR MONEY. EDIT: Support sent no evidence. They literally sent back the same screenshots I had provided as proof of the key being invalid, without even checking them, and claimed the key was correct. The situation remains the same; the key is invalid and until I a valid key, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
