Long story short: Sold me a CD key that was advertised as region free. Upon activation attempt, was stated that it was not available in my region. Tried to get a refund, was told I could not get a refund until they were able to find another buyer (meaning they were happy enough to put it back into their sale system to get a profit... but still wouldn't refund me). Eventually 'it was found' that it had been activated already (meaning someone had already used the key before I bought it) and that, in order to get a refund, I would have to get proof from steam of the location/time/date that the key was used... Also of note, the advertised page for the game (Total War: THREE KINGDOMS) was, during my ticket, changed to EU ONLY. Very suspicious. This continued back and fourth until PayPal kindly refunded me my money after contacting them. Advice for anybody facing the same issue, either contact and claim a dispute with PayPay, or use your banking institution to issue a chargeback if need-be. DO NOT BUY FROM CJS CD KEYS.
