I bought a code for Sekiro Shadows Die Twice in Xbox, using a pre loaded account. It worked for a month or so then stopped working. They have been looking into it for about 3 weeks now. Every now and again I get an email saying I am a valued customer, but there is no sign of a replacement or refund. These guys are a scam outfit.
