The company does not respond to tickets and allows their customers accounts to be hacked and does not refund money. My account was hacked and used to purchase 2 keys that I didn't authorize now in a whole dispute with my bank because poor customer service on their part. Not to mention the phone number listed on the site there's no one ever their to answer it. We have left multiple voicemails.
