I have bought a few game codes from DJC Keys in the past.
I once bought a Civilization 6 code that had already been used. I took me the good part of 6 months for the issue to be resolved. I had some guy named Cecil overseeing my 'complaint' and he was as much use as a chocolate kettle. I eventually opted to email them several times a day until I eventually must have annoyed them enough that the gave me game credits just to go away.
