Complete scammers. Any attempt to resolve issues through their customer service is just an e-mail cycle of misery. The only response to a heated reply after being jerked around for weeks was to tell me they'd keep doing it until I gave up trying. All for 14$. Avoid at all costs. There are better sites out there.
