Called them for furnace maintenance, tech was great, seemed to do a good job. Price was fair. My disappointment came when trying to have them do additional work for me. Looking to get an air purification system installed and an upgrade to my whole house humidifier. Found out that their pricing on the air purifier was twice of what many others charge. They were also high on the humidifier. Called to try to negotiate, even questioned if they would install the purification unit if I purchased the hardware from Amazon (at a 3rd of their cost). Customer service agent, not very helpful, didn't really want to hear me out, said she would call me back, has not. It is really too bad! going to have to go with someone else to do the work. Be aware of the massive over charging for add-on items like this!
