This company is a complete SCAM. They sold me an allready used CD key and I have a email from Microsoft stating it was used last year i have sent them this and more and they are still trying to put me through loop holes saying that it's not enough proof. Something needs to be done about this company they steal peoples money by false advertising then making it nearly impossible to do all the things they ask u to do to get your money back even when you do they still do not they just send you automated emails asking you to do everything again. I've been waiting a week now for a refund on a £35 purchase although I've got written confirmation from Microsoft stating that the code they sold me last week was used last year and they still wont do anything now I've had to open a PayPal dispute. This company is a complete RIP off who does not care about customers what so ever the aim seems to be to get your money from false advertising then try to keep it by sending you through impossible loop holes.
