Refuse to issue refund after 3 weeks of trying. Purchased a “region” free code for Xbox One only to find I couldn’t use it because it was “wrong region.” I let them know. They say it’s usually resolved in 12 hours or less but make take 2-3 days. It has been 3 weeks. Not only have a politely asked for a refund several times over the past two weeks, my request has been ignored EVERY SINGLE TIME. Instead they are “chasing down the vendor,” or “waiting to hear from them,” or worst of all “we are now intimidating the vendor.” These people can’t read. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. They FALSE ADVERTISE, LIE, DO NOT DELIVER ADVERTISED PRODUCTS and REFUSE TO REFUND or RESOLVE ISSUES in a more than reasonable amount of time. They are scam artists. BUYER BEWARE!
