"We got there in the end"
Unfortunately purchased Sims 4 Island living expansion pack for my better half. I purchased a key that was already redeemed to my surprise.. even though after reading all these reviews i still rolled the dice.
luckily i I had this issue resolved in less then 12 hours, i posted a support ticket requesting a refund then raised paypal escalation. it seemed to of worked like a sharp hard kick to the balls.
i received store credit and reordered the key which worked.
