When Order originally placed the item was listed as out of stock, with a promise that it would be available in 2-12 hours. I purchased anyway. I checked back the next day and the website then had it listed as 10+ keys in stock, but the price had doubled what I had paid the day before. It has now been over a week that the site has had them listed as in stock, but I am told by customer service that they are not (at least, not at the price I paid anyway). The canned response that "customer service" keeps offering says that I can get my money back if I cannot wait for my purchase (which I shouldn't have to just because they changed their mind on price AFTER I made my purchase) but when I tried to do that they wanted me to pay a fee for cancelling the order that they refuse to deliver. Currently, I am awaiting paypal's decision on getting my money back from this fraudulent company. I was going to wait until Paypal reviewed this and sent me my money back, but I am tired of the emails asking me to review the product I never received.
