So I recieved an email asking to leave a review because other company's are trying to smear their reputation.... No you as a business are doing a fine job on your own. I purchased a key for Escape from Tarkov almost 2 years ago and to this day, never got my money back nor a copy of the game. I had access for about 2 weeks then the key was blacklisted by the Devs or I was sold a trial key In the first place. Cjs customer service was a joke, stalling for several months while "checking their supplier". In the end flat out refused to refund my money or supply me with another key and PayPal declined a refund as I recieved a key to begin with. So don't think you are protected by PayPal either. Stay well away and use other services with MUCH better customer service and protection. Cjs have a reputation for being dodgy for a reason. stay well away.
