Always had fantastic service using this website, which I bought codes from often, until one point.
I purchased a CD key code for Civilization VI that did not work as it had been used. After proving viw screenshots etc that the game/code hadn't been used. It took me over 8 months to get reimbursed. This was simply by emailing every single day until the issue was resolved. I got the impression they were just ignoring me in the hope I would go away.
Naturally very reluctant to use this site since. However I have made some small purchases that have been fine.
