The games are priced good and the service is usually good. All the things that I have ever bought worked and I had no problems with the products whatsoever. However, I had a problem with my recent purchases - I received the key that I bought about 12 hours after I had purchased it, despite being promised instant delivery as advertised. Since I didn't need the key anymore due to it arriving so late (only after I emailed them about it), I requested a refund and was issued a full refund after a few DAYS and AFTER I emailed them about it again. CJS, you are great but you need to look at your key distribution system and not lie to customers!
