Was sceptical at first and it seems rightly so, my PS4 plus key was invalid , emailed right away and initially felt the support could be ok , 6 emails later I’m been asked to supply screenshots of transaction history , media all following out of date instructions , meaning I had to google how to find this information , all whilst taking 24 hours to respond to each email, I’m sure when it works it works well but beware it’s a gamble if you get a faulty code... having to chase PayPal for refund now since they still not resolved 4 days on.
