Awful service. Bought 12 months live as it said instant collection, I had to wait three and a half hours for my code to be made available. Ruined my plans for the day, then when I’ve emailed explaining the problem, asking where my code is. I had NOTHING. No response no help, I got a response 5 hours later saying “your problem has been resolved, thanks” my problem was how long I had to wait!! Poor service, won’t be using again.
