What a terrible company to deal with. If you arenit computer literate avoid these like the plague. They are rude and not helpful at all. I simply asked for a refund as the key they provided did not work as it required Windows 10 in order to run. The product description advised it worked with Windows 7 etc. Because I didn't take a screen shot of the problem (I wouldn't know how to take one) they can't process the refund.
Poor customer service, avoid avoid avoid.
