Everything went OK in the end. I would buy again.
Complex key collection process. Involves SMS messages - so provide a mobile phone number, not a dumb landline, though this is not made clear. Made it by good luck and judgement. Plenty of opportunities to go back and retry the key collection verification process. Key works fine. There was a "key already used message" on the Microsoft site as reported by others, but it was me who had used it. The game was available to download/install in the end.
