Badly worded product title. Charged me £8 for a email address i could make myself when it states access to office 365 for life. All you receive is a £8 (free email address) which did not work. Requested a refund, no apology told me to read the description however, the description stated you will recieve login details to then be able to download software of choice. To me this sound like i login then i am granted access. No login with a (free email) to then pay full price for the item. maybe they should just have a clearer product title. Clearly just the money rather than looking after it’s customers.
