Bought my game key only to find out that it had already been redeemed by someone else. I filed a support ticket in an attempt to get a replacement key and after 12 days of waiting decided to instead get a refund. The support emails i recieved offered little to no help and they only processed the refund after i very bluntly insisted that they do so. Once i got an email saying a refund had been processed i was dissapointed to find out that it had been refunded to me via store credit on their website, meaning the only thing i can do with this money now is to spend it on their website and nowhere else. Overall a very bad experience and wouldnt recommend anyone to buy from these guys.
