The code didn't work, and when I raised it with their support team, I was almost immediately refunded. However to get the full refund I had to accept it as "store credit", or pay £1 for the privilege of getting my own money back. I used the "store credit" to re-order a new license key, and was then told it was out of stock. So I cancelled the order, as while I was waiting I sourced a legitimate key elsewhere. And when i check today, the order is now showing as fulfilled, and I've had no refund. Very poor service, a complete waste of time and money, with shady practices.
