Ordered from them before, the key came very fast, second time round took way too long to process.. key was out of stock which was understandable and I got my key next day but the code was redeemed already. Told them about it and I had to send them all this proof and screenshots of my Xbox subscription and transactions which I get, but they wanted me to contact Microsoft and find out when the code was used with the date and time which I just think was ridiculous since it wasn’t even me that used the code, that should really be them doing that part. Response from them literally took a day each email, so I had to wait for more than 12 hours for a response. (Was long but not really too fussed) In the end I did get my refunded, I even though I have received a working code from them before, this whole experience of a used code and the process to to prove to them and send screenshots is way to long, I don’t think I will use them again.
