I received one of the two products perfectly, while the other was listed as “region free” and did not redeem correctly in my country’s region due to a region issue. 5-6 days later, I am still waiting for a replacement. This to me is unacceptable, as I was informed “usually no more than 12 hours, but sometimes 1-2 days.” I cannot give an acceptable or better rating until I know that are truly working this out effectively. Right now, I cannot be confident they are resolving the issue until the order is delivered.
