It's a shame, this site has lots of potential yet their customer service lets them down.
Purchased a game, advert stated I would get a steam key to redeem on steam, instead it was a friend request in order to gift the game within steam.
Fine, it worked, was able to receive the gift, just a shame the game didn't work on my system.
Requested a refund, abuse received instead. Wish I had bought direct from Steam now as would have cancelled order and received refund.
Oh well, you live and learn. Guess some companies don't give a damn about consumer rights.
