I do not recommend. Scammed. Would give 0 out of 5 stars if possible. I purchased a key with the promise of it not being region locked—however it was (Europe only). I live and work in Japan. Although I received a key, I received several errors when I tried to redeem it on my Xbox One. Saying “Contact the seller to get a code that works in your region. This code was purchased in a different region and cannot be redeemed.“ Customer support was initially responsive and very helpful, but quickly reneged on promises of providing either a “fully working replacement key or a full refund.” After almost a month of waiting, the only “solution” provided to me was to change my region to Europe and use a VPN to force the key work. This is unacceptable and not what I originally hoped for and purchased from this company. As an “alternative” they’re offering me store credit; but how can I trust the same thing wouldn’t happen again? Especially since they told me this was a “supplier” issue. Or they’ll refund me is someone happens to buy this code for the same game (laughably unlikely, as it’s an old game), and ONLY THEN could I finally be refunded. Who knows how many other people they’ve done this to, but the whole process is so exhausting the poor souls probably don’t bother to leave a review. A total scam, and an overwhelmingly disappointing experience. I’d recommend finding another way to get your games if you work abroad or travel often; don’t trust them!
