I spent hours trying to get the item I had paid for without success. I went to bed feeling very angry and frustrated, fearing I had been scammed.
Thankfully by the next morning I tried once more to obtain my key and was at last successful. I suggest anyone else following my experience redefine the word "instant" to "sometime in the future"
