Sell Steam gifts advertising them as cd keys & then refuses to refund if you say you don't want to accept their friend request & Steam EULA breaching gift. Customer Service were also rude and unaware of their legal obligations. Had to go through Paypal dispute & force refund, which CJS tried to convince me would take 14days. Paypal ruled in my favour after 3hrs. I also reported them to the TSA. There are whole forums dedicated to hundreds of cases of poor customer service, plenty of screencaps too. Look them up. And, insanely, they emailed me asking me to leave them a review!
