Since May 31, 2020 I have had nothing but the worst experience. I paid for the activation key, the website said in about 2 hours I would receive the activation key. That did not happen. Then they said 4 to 5 days for the money to be posted. It never got posted, the 4 or 5 days never passed I guess. Then whenever I contacted them, they always said the money has not been posted. Cecil M (Senior Support) kept promising but never delivering. I sent them a screen shot showing my bank had taken the money out of my account and given it to them. This has never mattered. It has been 3 months later and nothing has changed. This is the worst experience. These people must be the most incompetent folks around.
