I paid for a microsoft office key.
It took you 3 days to send me a key that is already in use.
Your customer service kept on asking me to send you screenshots to show the key doesn't work which I did immediately.
After 3 times of repeating requests, a customer service representative sent me a message that the case was closed. When I emailed back to say the product doesn't work I still didn't get an answer.
Poor job!!! Very disappointed.
