Had to go through PayPal for my refund. Customer service was appalling. They told me that I would not be getting a refund and the best that they could do was to put the key back up for sale and credit my account with the £38 when someone else eventually bought the key?? Obviously that wasn’t happening so I said I was going through PayPal. They said to do it because I wouldn’t get a refund. Needless to say, PayPal refunded me and I’ll never use this company again!!!
