I san you can only judge how good a service is by how the deal with something when something goes wrong. I ordered MS Office and with the minefield which is Office products, I made sure to read the MS Office product details they obviously have copied and paste from the Microsoft website. I required Office with Outlook and reading the detailed description of the product, it mentions FOUR times Outlook was included. After purchasing and installing the product, I discovered Outlook wasn't included in the version. I contacted support asking for a refund because the product description was obviously copied and paste from the a different version of Microsoft Office, as other features mentioned in the detailed description were also missing. However CJS CD believe that it is my fault that I read the wrong information they put on the product page. CJS CD know the information on that page is wrong because they added a footnote saying Outlook isn't included.
