I bought a sims 4 expansion key, but it was faulty and it did not work. So I got in contact with them asking for a new one. I provided screenshots of the key and my game library and everything they requested. They told me to wait 2 days max for more complicated cases... Its been 20 days now and I have messaged them 6 times trough those days, asking for a refund or another key and I haven't received either. Just the same promises of we are waiting for the supplier.. And when I asked for refund instead of a key my request was just completely ignored and they send the message again of "We are waiting for the supplier"
