I have purchased a code for Microsoft Office Home & Business 2019 for Mac. I was provided with the key but when trying to use it I just get a notification that I have no licens. I've been in touch with CJS customer service who replied once and asked for some details and now I haven't hear a thing from them ever since. Still not able to use the product I've purchased and not able to work on my computer. I had expected a more attentive customer service. Would never buy from this company again.
