So many things wrong with this company, Do not get suckered in by their apparent cheap prices! They have a customer promise regarding timescales of delivery and communication response times... times that by at least three to get the actual time of delivery or response! They claim working hours but yet to discover when that is. Onto the failure to deliver products, no communication, no response just an email from an alternative email (went to my junk email 24 hours later after complaint) unlike the receipt of payment which landed in my inbox immediately advising that my delivery would be soon (in the next two hours but in extreme circumstances allow 12 hours). The email contained links which were confusing, click link A to activate this product through our own website redirection, click link B to download said product (larger file then the one from official site) then click link C to enter activation code contained in separate email but upon clicking the activation code it claimed I was doing something wrong. Then onto the refund process, firstly they are rude. They insult you then claim you are not following simple instructions. Then they want to charge you to refund the product that was late, not fit for purpose and from reading others complaints the keys are fraudulent, expired or limited access (I read mixed reviews before purchasing). I wouldn't know regarding mine as I cannot follow simple instructions to use it. Paypal dispute under way.
