They send a fraudelent key, 3x5 characters, while Xbox only has 5x5 characters. Then they accuse you of buying the wrong product. While the productname says Xbox key. Then when you ask for a refund. They give you a replacement key. Then they say it's their policy do it like that. Then out of a sudden I have spended my credits they refunded to me.
I never had credits and never asked for them.
