Cjs sold me an illegal/blocked code which was confirmed by Microsoft. I wrote to the customer service team to resolve. When they kept asking for different proofs which I sent several times they then told me they would only refund to store credit or charge me for the refund. I raised a dispute with PayPal. Cjs try to stop you raising a dispute with PayPal using threatening messages that you won't get your refund for ages and that they won't bother replying as quickly as they could. I also got an email saying I was "impatient" and that I would now go to the "bottom of their priorities". I found it all rather funny, I don't really care how long it takes but I trust PayPal to resolve and that cjs will not be getting a penny.
