I have now bought and regretted buying my third key from this company. Each time I have encountered SERIOUS issues with them. This will be the last time I buy anything from them. I purchased a key for assassins creed odessy and last communication I had from them was on the 1st of October. I bought the key on the 19th September. The customer service is shocking. They have no regard for their customers experience, are extremely unhelpful and do not care at all about the customers best interests. They think that having beautiful women’s pictures in their emails will help ease what they believe to be the majority of male complaints. This company is not one you want to get involved with. Yes they are cheap but they are cheap for a reason. If you encounter a problem and wish to have your money back they will only offer you an exchange to which you have to put up with the same problem all over again. If you read this then I want all of my account credit which you are essentially holding ransom against me putting back into my back account. You don’t deserve it
