I have accessed my account, clicked Autokey to Collect order, downloaded professional office 2019 file to my desktop. Clicked the file once downloaded and successfully installed office professional to my PC. I then proceeded to click Word to open the application and it is asking for an activation code to enable all functions????
I understood this should already be enabled after I downloaded and installed the Autokey files..
I have sent an email but no response back - if this doesn't work I will want a refund back!!
